Voice AI Communications, Consent & Recording Policy

Effective September 6, 2026

Inbound-first service

Voice AI is configured for inbound calls by default. Inbound callers may interact with an automated or AI-assisted voice that answers questions, routes calls, gathers information, or helps schedule service.

Outbound AI voice and text messages

Arrington will not use Voice AI to place outbound calls or send SMS marketing messages unless documented authorization or consent appropriate to the individual recipient, communication channel, and purpose has been supplied and the proposed use has been approved. Purchased, scraped, or old lead lists are not treated as proof of consent. If the applicable jurisdiction, consent record, do-not-call status, or opt-out status cannot be verified, the outbound call or text will not be sent.

Opt-outs and suppression

Text recipients may reply STOP to opt out. A recipient who withdraws consent, requests no further calls or messages, or appears on an applicable suppression or do-not-call list will be suppressed from the affected communication channel unless a lawful exception is documented. Arrington may stop or suspend a campaign when authorization is missing, unclear, expired, disputed, or otherwise presents a compliance concern.

AI identification and scripts

Scripts must accurately identify the business. The automated or AI nature of the interaction will be disclosed whenever required and will not be concealed or used to impersonate a real person without authorization. Clients must approve scripts and may not instruct the system to make deceptive, false, discriminatory, abusive, or unauthorized statements.

Call recording

When a call is recorded, a clear recording notice will be provided at or before recording begins. When the law requires consent rather than notice alone, recording will not continue unless the required consent is obtained. If consent is declined or cannot be obtained, recording will be disabled or the call will be transferred or ended, as appropriate.

Records and client cooperation

Arrington may maintain records of scripts, approvals, permission or consent, recording disclosures, opt-outs, do-not-call checks, and suppression decisions. Clients must provide accurate source and consent information and must promptly report opt-outs, complaints, or changes that affect authorization.

Right to refuse or suspend

Arrington may refuse, pause, limit, or terminate any communication workflow that appears unlawful, deceptive, unauthorized, or inconsistent with this policy. No contract term or performance guarantee requires Arrington or a client to send a communication that is not properly authorized.
