Information we collect
When you visit this site, submit a request, book a call, or begin a purchase, we may collect contact and business information you provide; your package selection, business needs, calculator inputs, and requested next step; communications with us; and transaction records. Our site and service providers may also collect page visits, referring pages, campaign information, interactions, device and browser information, cookies or similar identifiers, IP address, and approximate location. Visitor-identification providers may associate business or identity information with a visit where legally available.
How we use it
We use information to operate and improve the site; respond to requests; prepare for strategy conversations; recommend, provide, secure, and support services; process purchases and recurring billing; prevent misuse; comply with law; and maintain business records. Calculator information is used to create an illustrative opportunity estimate, not a promise or forecast. Card details are entered on our payment provider's checkout page and are not stored by this website.
Service providers
We use service providers, including website hosting and analytics providers, Knock Knock/Nox visitor identification and engagement tools, HighLevel customer relationship management and scheduling, and payment processors such as Stripe. They process information for site operations, analytics, lead management, appointments, payments, recurring billing, security, and service delivery. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect rights or safety, or in connection with a business transaction. We do not sell contact information submitted through this site for money.
Cookies and tracking
We and our providers may use cookies and similar technologies to remember preferences, measure visits and campaign performance, identify business interest, and support site functionality. Browser settings may allow you to block or remove cookies, but parts of the site may not function as intended.
Communications
Arrington Consulting LLC may respond to a request you submit using the contact information and communication choices you provide. Voice AI service is inbound-first. We do not use AI voice for outbound calls or send SMS marketing messages unless we have documented authorization or consent appropriate to the recipient, channel, and purpose and have completed the required compliance review. If consent, jurisdiction, do-not-call status, or opt-out status cannot be verified, the outbound call or text will not be sent. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out of text messages.
Calls, recordings, and consent records
When we provide or support Voice AI services, we may process call details, audio, recordings, transcripts, summaries, routing data, and related CRM or appointment information. A clear recording notice will be provided at or before recording begins, and recording will not continue where required consent has not been obtained. We may retain records of permissions, consent, recording disclosures, opt-outs, do-not-call status, and suppression decisions to operate the service and document compliance.
Your choices
You may opt out of marketing emails using the unsubscribe link and opt out of texts by replying STOP. You may also ask to access, correct, or delete information you submitted, subject to identity verification and legal or business-record requirements. A request to delete information does not require us to delete records that must be retained to document consent, opt-out, billing, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or legal compliance. Privacy rights vary by location.
Retention and security
We retain information only as reasonably needed for the purposes above, our agreements, dispute resolution, and legal obligations. We use reasonable safeguards, but no internet transmission or storage system is completely secure.
Children
This business-to-business site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.
Changes
We may update this policy as our services or legal obligations change. The effective date above shows the latest revision.
